This is to inform you that due to some additional development work for integration of some more channel partner feeds, new bookings would be on hold for all accounts for a week except for Indian distributors.
As indicated in an earlier announcement, we are signing contractual agreements with a few more channel partners to provide our members with an extensive list of destinations with additional facilities and better occupancy. Another great thing, when the inventory is revised and made available a week later, you would find some of the hotels providing you TWO bedroom units on a single redemption allowing you an occupancy of up to 8 people!
Here are a few pointers to focus at:
- Lead Guest
The 7N/8D package is non- transferrable. A maximum of 7 people can accompany the member claiming the package ( depending upon hotel and accommodation) but the lead guest has to be the account owner and he/she must present the voucher at hotel accommodation along with a photo ID proof. Without his/her presence, the booking will be forfeited and considered as “AVAILED” in our systems and the other guests will not be entertained at the hotel property. - Cancellation
Once the booking has been confirmed, no cancellation requests would be entertained. The confirmation of your booking means that you have availed your voucher, regardless of anything. - Modification
No modification can be made after a booking has been confirmed. Hence, we advise that you feed in all the information very carefully.
Pre-Paid Booking Voucher Cost:
Cost per booking voucher is USD 150 globally, however for Indian and Indonesian market the voucher cost is as given below:
- Booking Voucher Cost in India: INR 5,500
- Booking Voucher Cost in Indonesia: IDR 1,450,000
PS: Indian and Indonesian members can purchase booking vouchers in their local currency from our offices in India and Indonesia for the above mentioned costs.
NOTE:
Should you wish to book your accommodation in one of the hotels or resorts where we have direct tie ups, you need to call any of our Customer Support Offices at India, Indonesia or UK to get assistance. Also, the maximum duration for such redemption would be 6 Nights & 7 Days. We will soon be posting the list of resorts and hotels we have a tie up with apart from the ones showing in the online inventory engine.
